Data Analyst

Lakehead University’s EPID@Work Research Institute invites applications for a Data Analyst to join their team at the Thunder Bay Campus. With a focus on reducing work-related injuries and disabilities through research, this role supports the Institute's partnership efforts and provides opportunities for collaboration. The Data Analyst will mainly contribute to the noteworthy Northwestern Ontario Workplace and Worker Health Study.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis using STATA as directed
• Participate in primary data collection with industry sectors
• Assist in promotion and recruitment for the NOWWHS
• Support ethics applications and necessary revisions
• Draft reports and presentations under project lead supervision
• Collaborate with the project team effectively

This role requires you to have:

• Graduate degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in STATA and other software like Qualtrics, Microsoft, and Zoom
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong written and oral communication skills
