Equifax is looking for an Economist/Data Scientist who will significantly contribute to understanding and analyzing the Quebec real estate market. This role focuses on forecasting economic trends and managing extensive data analyses to drive strategic decision-making. The individual will work closely with teams to deliver reports that influence the company's investment strategies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, and clustering.
• Experience with data engineering, data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud platforms like GCP.
