In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop growth strategies and participate in planning sessions.
• Provide insights for strategic decision making.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Develop predictive models for customer acquisition and retention.
• Lead growth performance analysis and reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in growth analytics or data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS metrics and analytics.
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
