Senior Data Analyst

EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join their Mobile Solutions Org. This role will focus on Invoice Simple and Joist, supporting the Product, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams with data-driven insights to improve their offerings. The ideal candidate will excel in developing analytic solutions and guiding strategic decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead analytics initiatives from start to finish in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Conduct product development analysis, design experiments, and monitor key metrics.
• Oversee the creation and monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Develop dashboards to enhance self-serve insights and organizational communication.
• Summarize detailed analyses for various stakeholders, highlighting business-relevant insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in the analytics pipeline.
• Regularly audit data quality and integrity, implementing measures to maintain accuracy.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with minimal guidance.
• Good communication skills for explaining complex ideas effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
