The BI & CRM support group at Fidelity Canada ensures CRM and BI application support, aiming to enhance client services.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop ETL data integration solutions using Informatica IICS and Power Center.
- Analyze data requirements and develop Snowflake SQL and Oracle PL/SQL procedures.
- Administer Informatica IICS and Power Center tools.
- Ensure application availability and system maintenance.
- Conduct unit tests for verifying data integrity and performance.
- Participate in on-call support and manage incident response.
- Document technical specifications and data models.

This role requires you to have:
- University degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Snowflake SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- 3+ years of experience in ETL Informatica development with IICS and Power Center.
- 3+ years with Oracle database development.
- 2+ years of experience with Snowflake data warehouse.
- 1+ years of experience with AWS.
