In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the development of machine learning models and AI to tackle organizational challenges.
• Forge collaborations across departments to ascertain and address data science needs.
• Enhance data science capacity through training, mentoring, and developing a community of practice.
• Monitor and innovate statistical modeling techniques for evidence-based organizational decisions.
• Provide technical expertise to optimize FSRA's data collection and improve efficiencies.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced knowledge of statistics
• Experience in statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience leading data science projects
