This role is pivotal in driving the design and delivery of training systems for the River Class Destroyer fleet, ensuring the integration of advanced media and technology for optimal learning outcomes. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead tasks in crew, mission, and task analysis to validate crew requirements for the Royal Canadian Navy using statistical analysis.
• Research and gather data through Technical Information Requests, manage and utilize datasets for ship's crew modeling and simulation.
• Design database architecture, identify data relationships and connections relevant to deliverable outputs.
• Process, clean, and analyze data from various sources, and manage the database implementation and documentation.
• Design front-end User Interfaces to support future analyses and deliverables.

This role requires you to have:

• Post-secondary degree in Managing Data and Information, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Applied Computer Science.
• 2-5 years of database management experience with large datasets and advanced skills in XML, VBA, SQL, macros, and scripts.
• Expertise in computer techniques, models for analysis, and information system documentation.
