In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Write and optimize SQL queries for customer segmentation.
• Manage data structures and ensure automation workflows are functional.
• Collaborate with backend developers for data pipeline validation.
• Build and manage CRM automation workflows.
• Optimize customer journeys for personalized engagement.
• Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics.
• Investigate issues like spam complaints and bounce rates.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR.
• Maintain opt-out and suppression list logic.
