Foilcon is looking for a Data Analytical Specialist Scientist at an entry level to lead the development of analytics solutions for various functions. This role is designed to improve data analytics and reporting capabilities through close collaboration with client groups, aiming to foster improved decision-making. The position entails analytical initiatives from start to finish, providing actionable insights through robust statistical models and machine learning.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead analytics development and delivery to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with client groups to assess and enhance data analytics capabilities.
• Facilitate decision-making and manage client expectations.
• Execute analytics initiatives, including reporting and data set delivery.
• Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Engage with functional experts and Data Architects for Business Intelligence solutions.
• Design methods to process and transform data for model generation.
• Communicate quantitative analysis clearly with visualization.
• Provide interpretation and advice for actionable insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in MS analytical products, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Ability to clean, transform, and join data.
• Experience building visualizations in Microsoft PowerBI.
