The Analyst, Data Science role is pivotal in supporting the Data Analytics team's strategic initiatives, enhancing guest personalization through machine learning and data analysis.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and develop data science prototypes for Guest Loyalty and Customer Experience.
- Apply NLP techniques to process unstructured data and generate insights.
- Optimize model performance for sentiment and classification use cases.
- Implement model enhancements to meet business needs.
- Select and validate datasets in collaboration with domain experts.
- Perform data analysis and create visualizations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with governance leaders to maintain enterprise alignment.
- Conduct peer code reviews and manage machine learning deployments.
- Partner with IT to ensure prototypes meet long-term requirements.

This role requires you to have:
- University degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Scala, and R.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially MS Azure.
- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Databricks and Azure orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and version control practices.
- NLP model deployment for text analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Project management skills.
