Operating within the Fraser Health Region, the Centre for Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Innovation (CAADSI) unit urgently requires a Senior Data Analyst. The role is essential to developing and implementing innovative analytics responses, guided by the Director of Analytics. The position includes ensuring sustainable technical infrastructure and addressing all levels of organizational information needs.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead in developing and evaluating information for organizational decision-making.
- Act as a senior analytical resource providing expertise in quality and performance measurement.
- Enhance existing reporting procedures and recommend database architecture standards.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer among technical resources for decision support applications.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business analytical needs and develop solutions.
- Manage data exchange with various agencies and oversee assigned analytics projects.

This role requires you to have:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Five years of experience in data analysis and healthcare management
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
