The Data Analyst role exists to enhance operational effectiveness through rigorous data analysis and reporting.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Coordinate with managers to ensure timely data submission and collaborate with finance and project management teams.
- Develop systems and databases for tracking key metrics.
- Identify and address data gaps to ensure accuracy.
- Manage data quality control and governance procedures.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for executive leadership.
- Develop predictive models and perform prescriptive analytics.
- Create dashboards for real-time metric monitoring.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
