In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architectures.
• Implement data products curated by the Chief Data Office and custom data models.
• Ensure data quality across various sources and systems.
• Optimize data pipelines for scalability and performance.
• Provide technical support to resolve incidents and outages.
• Develop and document detailed solution designs.
• Develop designs integrating business, architectural, and system requirements.
• Conduct code reviews for quality and compliance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to data engineering.

This role requires you to have:

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring.
• Experience with Hadoop, HDFS, ADLS, ADF, Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or Dremio.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Cassandra.
• Experience in designing scalable applications and microservices.
• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets.
• Self-starter mentality.
• Experience in Agile teams.
