• Assist marketing teams in developing and executing data-driven projects to achieve key company objectives, including revenue and market growth.
• Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis to business leaders, offering a solid basis for strategic decisions.
• Analyze marketing initiatives to identify improvements in ROI, customer engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to adjust marketing offers and promotions based on customer behavior analysis.
• Condense large sets of data into actionable insights and presentations for management.
• Utilize exploratory data analysis to discover significant patterns and trends.
• Drive innovation in marketing analysis and data-informed decision-making.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and data warehousing.
• Experience in using R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical and programming skills for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• At least 2 years of relevant analytical experience.
