In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Adhere to data governance frameworks and conduct regular audits ensuring data security.
• Maintain and optimize HR dashboards, ensuring accurate data flow across systems.
• Analyze workforce trends and forecast staffing needs, while tracking key productivity metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and support automation initiatives.
• Provide insights on workforce engagement, retention, and diversity metrics.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
• Workday experience in creating dashboards and reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
• Understanding of Canadian labor laws and compliance practices.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
