In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and vet business requirements and conduct QA testing.
• Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
• Monitor development to ensure standards and facilitate maintenance.
• Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
• Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
• Provide support for user stories and solutions to team members.
• Facilitate problem-solving with stakeholders and the IT team.
