In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop ETL solutions adhering to geospatial data frameworks
• Analyze geospatial feature interactions
• Transform data into actionable insights using ETL processes
• Use GIS tools for geospatial data analysis and script development
• Implement spatial analysis using advanced algorithms
• Automate GIS processes to increase efficiency
• Create spatial analysis maps and models
• Develop interactive web maps for data decision support
• Compile and verify geospatial data from multiple sources
• Manage geodatabase security and performance

• 8 years with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and FME Software
• 5 years in thematic map creation and spatial data representation
• 5 years employing statistical techniques for geographic data
• 8 years executing spatial analysis and queries

• 3 years in business requirement analysis and solution design
• 5 years in automating GIS workflows and modeling
• 3 years with Git for version control
• 3 years using Python for programming
• 5 years resolving complex spatial issues

Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. The role may occasionally involve travel to Edmonton for meetings or work sessions.
