Data and Performance Management Analyst – TFT for up to 12 months

This role focuses on driving performance through effective data analysis and visualization, working closely with finance and clinical services to improve organizational outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain standard reports and dashboards with Excel and Power BI
• Perform financial and operational analyses to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure effective distribution of funding and monitor outcomes in partner organizations
• Provide business insights to aid decision-making
• Manage and visualize data using Power BI and Excel
• Automate reporting solutions
• Collaborate with finance and clinical services for data-driven insights
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for urgent business needs

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in business/data analysis, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
