In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Set up direct mail jobs and marketing pieces using variable data.
- Analyze client data requirements to comply with instructions and Canada Post standards.
- Format, sort, and prepare data for mailing certification.
- Insert variable fields and merge data for printing.
- Conduct quality checks and data validation before production.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure timely mail distribution.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
