In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop financial forecasts and annual plans.
• Prepare and review FTE and financial reports with leaders.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Analyze and reconcile General ledger accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Provide financial insights to business leaders.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or CPA certification.
• Over 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in financial planning and forecasting.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with SAP, BPC, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
