The intern will contribute to data-driven strategies by developing Salesforce reports and dashboards, providing vital insights for informed decision-making. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and drive system enhancements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for decision support.
• Conduct custom analysis and tailored reports for departmental needs.
• Assist in Salesforce system implementation and integration.
• Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and insights.
• Ensure data quality and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
• Support decision-making with timely, relevant data insights.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations.
• Create and document Salesforce training modules for staff.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and practices.
