Insync Productions Ltd is a privately-owned Canadian Consulting Services Company collaborating with various corporate clients to meet their business needs. This role supports our client’s data program, aiming to enhance and develop their data infrastructure. The Data Integration Analyst will work on data collection, data management, system integration, and governance standards.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to integrate data models, create data policies, and present statistical analyses and visualizations.
  • Support the implementation of data platforms and integration of systems and applications.
  • Develop and support governance based on service data models and analytics standards.
  • Create service metrics and performance dashboards for internal and public use.
  • Facilitate workshops about current data and performance practices.
  • Troubleshoot data model, platform, cloud service, reporting, and ETL issues.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their analytics skills.
  • Research and recommend best practices for data-driven governance policies.
  • Create statistical analysis and visualizations using data querying languages.
  • Support corporate priorities with data-driven evidence and visualizations.

This role requires you to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of the data fabric concept
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Dataverse, Databricks
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Experience with agile and waterfall project delivery

You would benefit from having:

  • Thorough experience with cloud platforms
  • Experience in designing data infrastructure for structured and unstructured data
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in the public sector
  • Proficiency in database systems

Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada. This position is for 36.25 hours per week, 8:15 am-4:30 pm Mountain Time.
