In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and publish comprehensive dashboards and reports.
• Analyze trends and provide feedback on performance and productivity.
• Monitor sensitive data access and validate analysis of sensitive information.
• Consolidate and clean data from multiple sources.
• Maintain data inventory and support KPI monitoring.
• Communicate analysis results to diverse audiences, including leadership.
• Develop and maintain documentation to support audits and workflows.
• Implement technical solutions to meet partners' needs.
• Automate event processing for existing manual procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to produce reports with reporting tools.
• Support ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Research technologies for automated reporting solutions.
• Identify new data elements for performance insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Science, or Computer Science.
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Dynamic initiative and energy.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence.
