In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create and publish reports.
- Monitor and analyze trends, explain anomalies, and provide feedback on results and productivity.
- Aggregate data from diverse sources to ensure cleanliness.
- Maintain a data inventory and monitor key performance indicators.
- Proactively identify new data elements for insights into performance and industry trends.
- Present analyzed information clearly to various organizational audiences.
- Create and update documents to support process training and best practices.
- Develop and implement technical solutions for changing partner needs.
- Collaborate with project team members and lead the development of new reports using Power BI.
- Support ad hoc reporting needs.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a data analyst.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and VBA.
- Dynamic, energetic, and proactive.
- Bilingual in French and English.
