Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is looking for a skilled Data and Reporting Analyst to join their team in Toronto. This role is crucial for developing and utilizing analytical solutions, enabling high-quality, data-driven business decisions. The team focuses on advancing the strategy and tools for data quality, analytics, and business intelligence.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the business group.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of analytic solutions.
• Identify and address emerging trends for decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders on business and data needs.
• Create and oversee new analytics and reporting solutions.
• Design regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Manipulate and transform data for model training and validation.
• Promote analytics-driven decision making and reporting automation.
• Integrate information from multiple sources for enhanced analysis.
• Develop solutions informed by business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Support strategic analytics initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop training programs for non-analytical users.
• Maintain documentation of operational procedures and processes.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of relevant data analytics experience
• Knowledge and experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, PowerBI
• In-depth verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced product knowledge in relevant business areas
