In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create AI/ML models and core product features to enhance energy efficiency.
• Work with engineers to ensure models are scalable and reliable.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for prototyping and production.
• Advance rapid prototyping, iteration, and optimization processes.
• Drive technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices across the team.

This role requires you to have:

• Masters in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience with model deployment in production environments.
• Expertise in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with time series data, regression models, and anomaly detection.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and modern data warehouse systems.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with domain-specific SLMs and multiobjective optimization.
• Software engineering in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with containerized deployment like Kubernetes for MLops.
• Familiarity with energy modeling and building system operations.
