In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Implement architecture standards and processes for the data platform and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data architects to design resilient data solutions on Databricks and Snowflake.
• Formulate and drive AI business cases with business stakeholders.
• Explore technologies to create efficient AI solutions that reduce costs.
• Design and develop data pipelines using Databricks for structured and unstructured data.
• Lead AI solution framework design leveraging cloud services like Azure.
• Optimize and enhance RAG applications using specified AI frameworks.
• Assess generative model performance using suitable metrics.
• Develop reusable IT services and platforms.
• Establish standards for seamless AI platform onboarding.
• Enhance technology infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate DevOps practices for AI model deployment.
• Maintain documentation and code repositories for knowledge sharing.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years developing Gen AI solutions.
• 5+ years in data warehousing with platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and frameworks.
• Familiarity with generative models and algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data manipulation and analysis.
