Irving Oil is looking for a Benefits Data Analyst to join their team of Benefits Partners. This role involves analyzing global pension and benefits data to maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. The team focuses on understanding trends and supporting business strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Research industry trends and integrate them into renewal and funding strategies.
• Manage global pension and benefits data for compliance and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and reconcile financial obligations related to service providers.
• Analyze and summarize data to identify key findings and provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting structures, including quarterly and annual reports.
• Assist with audits and respond to data requests.
• Support processes related to Employee Benefits services.
• Participate in special projects with defined deliverables.
