In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize high-impact insights in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead applied analytics projects within the Mental Health & Addictions Program.
• Research and implement advanced algorithms for data analysis.
• Inspire adoption of analytics and data science across the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in applied statistics, health informatics, computer science, epidemiology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in senior leadership focusing on applied analytics and performance measurement.
• Expertise in statistical and predictive modeling, machine learning, and data science applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Java.

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS.
