The Strategic Data Analyst role supports their Mental Health & Addictions program by providing strategic insights and implementing advanced analytical techniques.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to identify impactful insights across business areas.
• Lead applied analytics projects for the Mental Health & Addictions Program.
• Develop and implement algorithms to analyze diverse data sources.
• Offer expertise on mathematical concepts for continuous improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• Masters in applied statistics, health informatics, computer science, epidemiology, or related field.
• 3 years of progressive senior level analytics and performance measurement experience.
• Expertise in statistical and predictive modeling, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills using quantitative methods.
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

You would benefit from having:

• PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• Lean Improvement and Project & Change Management experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, and C/C++.
• Familiarity with the health system and Mental Health & Addictions Program.
• Competencies in additional languages.
