The Strategic Data Analyst role supports their Mental Health & Addictions program by providing strategic insights and implementing advanced analytical techniques.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to identify impactful insights across business areas.
- Lead applied analytics projects for the Mental Health & Addictions Program.
- Develop and implement algorithms to analyze diverse data sources.
- Offer expertise on mathematical concepts for continuous improvement.
- Encourage adoption of advanced analytics across the program.

This role requires you to have:
- Masters in applied statistics, health informatics, computer science, epidemiology, or related field.
- 3 years of progressive senior level analytics and performance measurement experience.
- Expertise in statistical and predictive modeling, machine learning, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills using quantitative methods.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
You would benefit from having:
- PhD in a quantitative discipline.
- Lean Improvement and Project & Change Management experience.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, and C/C++.
- Familiarity with the health system and Mental Health & Addictions Program.
- Competencies in additional languages.
