In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze processes and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders and executives.
- Implement and enhance systems integration from an operational perspective.
- Edit or write Python scripts.
- Conduct quality assurance for building condition assessments and project justifications.
- Oversee requirements for the Building Condition Assessment (BCA) and Facility Improvement Program (FIP).
- Administer systems including user account management for inspection and capital planning tools.
- Manage data processes including scrubbing, reconciliation, and monthly deliveries.
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and SQL for reporting tasks.
- Act as a technical advisor for inspection tool vendor management.
- Participate in data committees to enhance cross-functional data alignment.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably in asset management/real estate.
- Proficiency with Power BI Service and Power Query.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Advanced skills in Excel functions and SQL.
- Experience with Python.
