• Audit supplier invoices for compliance with company policies and contracts.
• Verify invoice details like price, quantities, and terms.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the cost database.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice issues.
• Participate in month-end closing and prepare operation cost accrual reports.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on cost analysis and project data.
