• Collect and analyze data from various HR systems and surveys.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track HR metrics.
• Perform statistical analyses to uncover HR-related patterns and insights.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support leadership with talent data.
• Utilize statistical techniques for forecasting trends.
• Ensure integration of HR analytics with business strategies.
• Provide training on analytics tools and data interpretation.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Programs, Stats, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Experience as a Data Analyst, especially in HR analytics.
• Knowledge in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and data mining.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
