In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various HR systems and surveys.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track HR metrics.
- Perform statistical analyses to uncover HR-related patterns and insights.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support leadership with talent data.
- Utilize statistical techniques for forecasting trends.
- Ensure integration of HR analytics with business strategies.
- Provide training on analytics tools and data interpretation.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Programs, Stats, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
- Experience as a Data Analyst, especially in HR analytics.
- Knowledge in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and data mining.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
