Data and Reporting Analyst

The Data and Reporting Analyst role involves collaborating with the IR team and other units to create analytics and business intelligence reports that support strategic decisions at the College.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and deliver BI dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Manage the Central Data Warehouse (CDW) and BI enterprise tool.
• Extract data from the College’s information systems.
• Administer and address security and access issues related to BI deliverables.
• Conduct quality assurance testing for all metrics and BI deliverables.
• Maintain issue tracking and resolution log.
• Provide end-user support and training related to BI.
• Respond to ad hoc data and information requests and analyses.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computing science or equivalent IT discipline.
• Four years of recent related experience in business analysis, data warehousing, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL, JSP, C++, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Knowledge in relational database programming.
• Advanced software development skills in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of data analysis, data mining, data governance, and data warehousing.
