This role supports the Technical Services team in ensuring accurate invoicing, payroll, and system developments, contributing to Ledcor's innovative telecommunications solutions in North America.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing and payroll data accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business system and reporting requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, including User Acceptance Testing.
• Support system implementation and data migration tasks.
• Provide end-user training and communication for system updates.
