In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and refine loyalty data products with analytical skills.
• Use segmentation, algorithms, and ML models to enhance customer targeting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requests into analytical problems.
• Extract and synthesize data from various sources to guide loyalty program strategies.
• Apply statistical techniques and lead A/B testing to evaluate strategies.
• Support weekly loyalty program execution tasks for optimal performance.
