In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions for diverse consumers.
- Design and automate reporting pipelines and streaming dashboards.
- Lead the development of robust data models for business intelligence.
- Optimize data pipelines using Java, Scala, Python, DataProc, and GCP services.
- Implement testing and validation strategies for data accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers to enhance team technical skills.
- Work with various business teams to meet analytics needs.
- Contribute to a data-driven culture focusing on product development.
- Continuously improve data pipeline performance and scalability.

This role requires you to have:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
- 6+ years of data engineering experience, including 3 years in a senior role.
- Hands-on experience with non-relational databases and BigQuery.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
- Programming experience in Python, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with cloud technologies and data infrastructure.
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts.
- Experience with Git for version control.
