Lockheed Martin Canada, part of the global security and aerospace company Lockheed Martin Corporation, seeks a Data Management Analyst for its Rotary and Mission Systems business area. The role supports engineering, systems integration, training, sustainment, and programs for military clients across land, air, and sea.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring entries are correct and complete
  • Manage and evolve database fields in cooperation with database administrators
  • Assist in archiving and cleanup of records and media
  • Support program data deliverables with data management
  • Ensure all data contains appropriate classification markings
  • Be on-site 50% of the workweek to support network-to-network data transfers and assist with media transactions or audits
  • Act as an Alternate Company Security Officer handling classified documentation
  • Collaborate with a geographically diverse team regarding derivative document classification markings

This role requires you to have:

  • Diploma or degree in Information, Library, and/or Records Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience in data management, database management, or records management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Ability to proactively interface with team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with the willingness to ensure tasks are completed on-time or ahead of schedule
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a NATO/SECRET clearance

  • Familiarity with PTC Windchill, Redmine, or Jira; additional consideration for Tableau experience
