In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop executive-level reports with narrative insights post-product launch
  • Support lululemon's Product Voice of Guest (PVOG) by capturing and analysing feedback
  • Conduct comprehensive research to drive data-driven insights for key analytics projects
  • Implement best practices in data governance and analytics/BI reporting
  • Develop business cases for strategic initiatives and offer operational support
  • Represent Product Integrity in technology discussions and conduct testing
  • Address data integrity issues within reporting systems
  • Develop data accuracy strategies including validation and error detection

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum 5 years in data analytics with a preference for retail or supply chain experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and database management
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
  • Ability to tailor data presentation for leadership needs

You would benefit from having:
