In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the adoption of data science, analytics, and computer vision across projects
• Develop strategies for statistical analysis, machine learning, AI tools for product development, manufacturing, and business processes
• Plan and execute ML and AI initiatives, including small-scale implementations
• Conceptualize and implement machine learning solutions with minimal supervision
• Leverage internal and external expertise as needed
• Regularly update senior management on project progress
• Occasionally hire, lead, and evaluate indirect hires such as summer students

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years of experience
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 10+ years of experience
• Strong background in data analytics and computer vision

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with diverse ML and AI techniques and algorithms
• Computer vision and 3D reconstruction experience
• Optimization algorithms and parallel processing skills
• Knowledge of C++
• Agile project management tools experience (Confluence and JIRA)
• Experience with cloud-based tools (Microsoft, AWS, Databricks)
• Proficiency in Python for statistical and machine learning models
• Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow)
• Data management with PySpark and SQL
• Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Docker, CI/CD)
