This role reports to the Director of Data Governance & Analytics and is key to driving BI tool development and collaborating with business lines.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a BI framework aligned with business objectives.
 - Establish and promote BI policies, standards, and procedures.
 - Ensure security and access management through a multi-level portal.
 - Collaborate on BI documentation management to enhance accessibility.
 - Understand and prioritize stakeholders' data needs.
 - Collaborate with development teams for data efficiency and consistency.
 - Assist in evaluating and selecting BI tools.
 - Advocate for BI principles and data-driven approaches.
 - Contribute to data governance and analytics projects.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
 - 6 to 9 years of experience in BI or data analysis.
 - Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence.
 - Deep knowledge of BI concepts and analytical methodologies.
 - Experience with cross-functional teams.
 - Bilingual in French and English.
