The Analyst, Customer Performance (Data) is integral in ensuring accurate transaction data and effective customer support, enhancing the overall cardholder experience.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review and resolve customer inquiries related to the Data Integrity Monitoring Program.
• Collaborate with external customers, GBSC, and O&T partners.
• Provide training, demonstrations, and presentations to various audiences.
• Research and respond to inquiries within the Data Integrity Mailbox under SLA.
• Analyze extension requests and determine appropriate customer responses.
• Conduct Data Integrity training sessions.
• Complete Adhoc requests using tools like TOAD, Enterprise Reporting, and Power BI.
• Provide monthly statistics on edit level reporting to management.
• Suggest improvements to simplify processes.

• Understanding of Mastercard products and services.

• Excellent communication skills.
