In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to the Data Integrity Monitoring Program.
- Review and process customer extension requests.
- Deliver training and presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Respond to inquiries within the Data Integrity Mailbox promptly.
- Collaborate with GBSC for training and process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze data and generate reports using tools like TOAD, Enterprise Reporting, or Power BI.
- Provide monthly statistical reports to management.
- Suggest process enhancements for efficiency and simplicity.
