In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and analyze experiments to boost user engagement and retention
• Investigate user behavior trends with large datasets to optimize platform features
• Convert complex data into actionable insights for product teams and executives
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Marketing teams for data-driven decision-making
• Present analyses to leadership, influencing company-wide initiatives and priorities

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years in data analytics within tech, SaaS, or consumer-facing platforms
• Proficiency with raw clickstream data and large datasets over 100M records
• Expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Excellent business intuition and communication for presenting insights
