In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement discussions and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements with current and future process flows.
• Ensure business value is met with proposed solutions.
• Manage platform/project document accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct platform configuration to meet objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, identifying root causes.
• Propose component designs and recommendations.
• Create DAX queries and Power BI reports.
• Meet service levels and quality objectives.
• Support data-driven culture and provide analytics support.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize requirements.
• Review outputs to ensure correct requirement interpretation.
• Define and execute test cases.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in computer science, math, or statistics.
• 4-5 years of experience documenting requirements and mapping solutions.
• Skills in Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Data Warehouse.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in agile teams.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in US/Canada land development and construction.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience with Colibra tools like DIC & DQ.
• Experience in mortgage lending or financial modeling.
