In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Partner with business users to understand requirements and prototype reports
- Recommend Datamart construction for reporting
- Create and maintain monthly and ad hoc reports
- Reconcile reports for accuracy
- Train and guide employees on using the self-service reporting portal
- Build and maintain SSRS reports
- Develop Power BI reports
- Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Assist internal stakeholders with data-related issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Maintain knowledge in databases, data marts, and analytical methodologies
- Communicate technical concepts to align reporting solutions with business needs
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business SMEs, Leaders, and IT teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Technology or Computer Science
- 3-5 years of related job experience
- Experience with MS SQL Server BI Stack, SSRS, TSQL, Power Query, Power BI
- Database design knowledge
- SQL query creation
- Analyzing data in Microsoft Access and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
