The Business Intelligence team within CE&S delivers crucial data platforms and analytics solutions, developing machine learning models and governing data tools to support Microsoft’s customer operations efficiently.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Translate stakeholder business needs into technical requirements for analytics engineering.
• Develop analytical models to address complex business challenges.
• Conduct business operations analysis using SQL, Python, Azure tools, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage and refine processes including user stories and data matrices.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to frameworks and standards.
• Communicate analysis results clearly to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Mentor peers to enhance analytical best practices.
• Promote inclusivity and communicate with Microsoft communities.
