Microtec Inc seeks a Sawmill CT Data Analyst to join its technical team. The position focuses on configuring CT Log solutions to meet customer needs, requiring strong analytical skills and customer interaction. The role involves travel to customer sites in multiple regions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and acceptance testing of customer CT solutions both onsite and remotely.
• Prepare and fine-tune CT solutions before and during customer installations.
• Ensure continuing optimization of CT solutions after installation.
• Recommend upgrades and improve usability by consulting with developers.
• Document processes and perform software simulations for customer and training purposes.
