HR Data Analyst

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support strategic decision-making through workforce data and analytics systems evaluation.
• Establish an HR data reporting calendar aligned with HR and employee lifecycles.
• Provide guidance on HR analytics to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as data steward to ensure HR data accuracy and quality.
• Weekly report on onboarded customers and their transactions.
• Collect, compile, and analyze HR metrics for reporting and compliance.
• Improve data literacy by identifying non-compliance in data usage.
• Support implementation of new time and attendance solutions.
• Execute Midland HR processes like Employee Engagement Survey and Succession Planning.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Data Science, Human Resources or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, SmartSheet, and Oracle HCM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritizing abilities.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
