In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Understand and document data needs and requirements from stakeholders.
• Investigate and analyze various data sources.
• Build semantic models for reporting and other uses.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries for structured data.
• Develop and implement data governance policies.
• Monitor data quality and usage metrics.
• Present complex data in a concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services and industry.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role focusing on data governance.
• Experience with data management tools including data cataloging.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
